Service Delivery Policy
We do not ship anything. We sell training, delivered in a classroom in Rohtak and through live online batches — this page explains how and when you get access to what you paid for.

There is nothing to ship
Digihandler Academy provides education services. No physical product is dispatched, so no courier, tracking number, shipping charge or delivery address is involved. This page exists because payment providers ask for a delivery policy, and because saying so plainly is more useful than a page of courier terms that do not apply.
How training is delivered
Offline: at our campus, Digihandler Academy, 1st Floor, 252, Subhash Nagar, Opp Subhash Park, Rohtak, Haryana 124001. Online: live sessions you join from wherever you are, with the same trainer and the same material as the classroom, plus recordings.
Batches run on weekdays and weekends. You choose the mode at enrolment, and you can switch between classroom and online during the course if your circumstances change.
When access begins
Your seat is confirmed as soon as the first payment is received, normally the same working day. Class details — batch timing, joining link where applicable, and the trainer's contact — are sent to the phone number and email you gave us within 24 hours of confirmation.
Where you enrol ahead of a batch start date, access to sessions begins on that date. Anything included that is not session-based, such as tool access, is provisioned in the first week of the batch.
Course material and recordings
Material is shared digitally through the channel used by your batch, session by session as it is covered, rather than as one bulk download at the start. Recordings of live sessions are made available to students in that batch.
Certificates
The Digihandler Academy Certificate of Achievement is issued after you complete the course, including the final live-projects work. Certificates are handed over at the campus or sent digitally if you cannot collect in person.
If something has not arrived
If you have paid and not received your batch details within 24 hours, that is a mistake on our side, not a wait you should tolerate. Call 9991 729 730 or write to support@digihandleracademy.com and we will sort it the same day.
