Who we are

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you type into it: your name, phone number, city and the course you are interested in, plus your email address and message if you choose to add them. We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.

When you call, message us on WhatsApp or attend a demo class, we keep a record of that conversation and what you asked about, so the next person you speak to does not start from zero.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card details through this website. Fees are discussed and collected directly.

Analytics and advertising tools we use

This site loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, the Google Ads conversion tag and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These set cookies and collect usage data — pages visited, time on page, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type — and they report to Google and Meta as well as to us.

We use that data for two things: understanding which pages actually help people decide, and measuring which of our advertisements lead to enquiries. Meta and Google may also use it to show you our advertisements later, under their own terms.

These tags load after you interact with the page or shortly after it settles, rather than immediately. You can block them with browser settings or an extension, and the site will work normally without them.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We hold enquiry details because you asked us about a course and we need them to reply — that is the whole purpose, and we do not use them for anything unrelated. Analytics and advertising data is held on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time by blocking the cookies or writing to us.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details. We do not rent, trade or pass your enquiry to other institutes, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

We share data only with the service providers that make the site and our follow-up work — analytics and advertising platforms named above, our email and messaging providers, and our web host — and only to the extent each needs.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted unless you enrolled — student records are kept longer because certification and placement support depend on them.

Your choices

Write to support@digihandleracademy.com and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on it within 30 days. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will stop — say so on a call or reply STOP to a message and it is done.

This policy is written to reflect India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you believe we have handled your data badly, tell us first — most of it is fixable in a phone call — and you retain the right to escalate to the relevant authority.

Children

Our courses are taken by school leavers and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian involved in the enquiry.

Changes

If we change how the site collects or uses data, this page changes with it and the revision date at the top is updated.
