Cancellation & Refund Policy

LOVISH MADAAN believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal
cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. - LOVISH MADAAN does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables
etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product
delivered is not good. - In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel
that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the
notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer
Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. - In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the LOVISH MADAAN, it’ll take 3-5 Days days
for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
1. Course Access and License
1.1 Non-Transferable License: Upon enrollment, you are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the course materials for personal use only. You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials or course content with others.
1.2 Course Duration: Access to course materials is granted for a specified period as outlined at the time of purchase. Extensions may be available upon request and at the discretion of Digihandler Academy.
2. Payment and Refunds
2.1 Payment Terms: Course fees must be paid in full before accessing the course materials. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership: All course content, including but not limited to videos, texts, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Digihandler Academy. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Copyright Infringement: Any breach of our intellectual property rights may result in legal action and termination of access to the course without a refund.
4. Conduct and Behavior
4.1 Code of Conduct: Students must maintain a respectful and professional demeanour in all interactions, including online forums and discussions. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or expulsion from the course.
4.2 Non-Disparagement: Students agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm the reputation of Digihandler Academy or its staff. This includes refraining from making defamatory or misleading statements about the academy.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for course administration and improvement. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data per our privacy policy.
5.2 Third-Party Services: We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our services. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
6. Modifications and Termination
6.1 Amendments: Digihandler Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions anytime. Changes will be communicated to students via email or our website.
6.2 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access to our courses for violations of these terms without refund and to pursue any legal remedies available.
