Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality training. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations: Students can request a cancellation of their enrollment within 24 hours of registration for a full refund, provided the batch has not started.
  • Refund Requests: Once a student has attended more than 2 live sessions or accessed more than 10% of the LMS content, no refunds will be issued.
  • Technical Issues: If a student is unable to access the course due to a technical fault on our end that remains unresolved for 7 days, a pro-rata refund may be considered.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
